RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Effective as of May 23, 2016.
We want you to be happy with your DECATHLON product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through our Website or with a gift that was purchased through our Website, you may return the product or gift within 365 days of the original shipment date, subject to the conditions and instructions below.
You may return any new and unused product that was purchased through our Website, within 365 days from the original shipment date (i.e. the date when we shipped the product to you).
Requirements for Refund or Credit
To be eligible for a refund or credit, the product or gift must be shipped to us:
- In its original condition, i.e., new and unused;
- With all its original packaging, papers, instructions, accessories, packing slip and proof of purchase/gift; and
- With a clear indication of the RMA number that our Customer Service will have provided you.
We can refuse the refund or credit if these packaging requirements are not followed.
Refund or Credit for a Returned Product
If you return a product that you purchased through our Website within 60 days from the original shipment date, you will receive a refund or credit for the purchase price plus any applicable sales taxes, less any non-refundable charge.
If we accept a return beyond the 365 days from the original shipment date, we will charge you a handling fee of 15% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from the refund or credit to which you are entitled.
Refund or Credit for a Returned Gift
If you return a gift that was purchased through our Website within 365 days from the original shipment date, the refund or credit will be processed in the account or name of the person who placed the order (Purchaser), in the same form indicated above.
Therefore, we recommend all returns to be discussed with the person who purchased the gift, since he/she will have the right to place another order.
If you cannot identify the Purchaser, please contact us as indicated in the "How to Contact Us" section below to request the Purchaser's contact details.
Non Refundable Charges
Unless the incorrect product was shipped due to a DECATHLON error, the following charges are non refundable:
- Packing and shipping charges (and applicable taxes if any); and
- Gift box (if applicable).
If an incorrect product was shipped to you, please contact us as indicated in How to Contact Us section below to request the correct product instead of a refund or credit. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to ship back the incorrect product at our cost and will promptly arrange for shipment of a replacement product.
If the product was part of a promotion and if you return any part of an order that was that part of a promotion, the refund may be reduced depending on the specific case and promotion.

How to Return a Product or a Gift
To return a product or a gift, please first contact our Customer Service Department as indicated in the "How to Contact Us" section below and a customer service representative will provide you (a) an RMA number and (b) the instructions to return the product.
The refund or credit will be processed as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event, within sixty (60) days from the date we received the product back. The refund will be applied to the payment card or other form of payment originally used for the purchase. If credit is preferred, it will be applied to your next purchase.
